Q: Why do I need an attorney?
A: The courts of our nation are complex and even small procedural errors can be damaging to the outcome of a case. In most cases, the best way to protect your rights is to hire an attorney to represent you.
Q: What are your fees for legal services?
A: Generally, the charge is $350.00 per hour for attorney services. However, we have low and no-cost options depending on the merits of your case and your ability to pay for our services. Contact our office to discuss these options.
Q: What geographic areas do you cover?
A: We service all of California on a case by case basis. Initial case evaluations generally occur via telephone. A following consultation meeting in person is usually necessary before we agree to accept your case.
Q: Do you accept personal checks or credit cards?
A: We accept no personal checks. We accept only cash, cashier checks, and debit or credit cards as initial payment. After the initial payment, only debit or credit credit card is accepted as ongoing payment.
