U.S. Loan Auditors Litigation– Class action case against a foreclosure rescue operation purporting to offer so-called “forensic loan audits.” In actuality the services offered failed to assist homeowners in any significant manner. This case resulted in a recovery of $1 million for the class.

Bank of America HUD Lien and Modification Misconduct Litigation – Putative class action case to remedy Bank of America’s outrageous conduct in treating mortgage loans as in default and attempting to foreclose while homeowners were current on their mortgage as modified and after Bank of America induced homeowners to agree to a HUD lien on their homes. This case is ongoing.

Wells Fargo Bank Failure to Honor Permanent Modification Litigation – Putative class action case representing homeowners who received and accepted Loan Modification Agreements and made the required payments under the modifications, but the Loan Modification Agreements were later rejected or denied by Wells Fargo. This case was resolved favorably for the client.

Saxon Mortgage Unfair Debt Collection of Second Mortgage After Foreclosure Litigation – Putative class action case representing borrowers who obtained purchase money loans to purchase their homes using the proceeds of a Second Loan which Second Loan was serviced by Saxon or others and for which Saxon has attempted to collect on the underlying debt after the completion of a non-judicial foreclosure on the property securing the Second Loan. This case was resolved favorably for the client.

Bank of America Failure to Honor a Trial Period Plan Litigation – Individual case to enforce Bank of America’s promises and obligations under the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and specifically the Trial Period Plan (TPP). This case was resolved favorably for the client.

Bank of America Failure to Honor Promises to Permanently Modify Loan Litigation – Individual case to enforce Bank of America’s promises and obligations under the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and specifically the Trial Period Plan (TPP). This case is ongoing.
